Non-Returnable Products

All perfumes and personal care products sold on Kardelen.in are strictly non-returnable due to the following reasons:

• • Once opened, they cannot be resold due to hygiene and safety concerns.

• • Fragrance preference, personal dislike, or minor variations in scent are not valid reasons for return.

We follow a no return and no refund policy under all circumstances. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for any reason, including:

• • Change of mind

• • Personal preference

• • Opened, tested, or used products

• • Minor scent variations

Replacement Policy (Same Product Only)

A replacement of the same product only will be provided in specific and valid cases such as:

• • Wrong product delivered

• • Product received in damaged, broken, leaked, or defective condition

No exchanges with different products and no refunds are allowed.

Reporting Timeframe

Any eligible issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Conditions for Replacement

A replacement request will only be considered if:

• • The original packaging, box, and invoice are intact

• • Clear photo or video proof of the issue is provided within 24 hours

When Replacement Will Not Be Provided

• • The product has been opened, tested, or used

• • The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery

• • The concern is based on personal fragrance preference

• • The product was damaged after delivery
