1. Eligibility (Customer-Only Affiliate Program)

The Kardelen.in Affiliate Program is exclusively available to existing customers of Kardelen.
Only customers who have successfully completed at least one purchase on Kardelen.in are eligible
to activate the affiliate option through the customer account dashboard.

2. Program Structure

• Affiliates earn commission only on direct sales generated through their unique affiliate referral link.
• No commission is applicable on any indirect, third-party, or unauthorised referrals.

3. Commission Structure & Duration

• 15% commission on every successful first purchase made by a referred customer.
• 5% lifetime commission on all future purchases made by the same referred customer.

Commission is calculated on the net order value.

4. Attribution Rule (Last-Click Policy)

Kardelen follows a last-click attribution model.

• If multiple affiliate links are clicked, the last clicked affiliate link before purchase receives the commission.
• Only one affiliate is eligible for commission per order.

5. Order Validity & Fraud Prevention

Commissions are credited only for:

• Successfully completed and delivered orders

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals
• Fake or manipulated orders
• Misuse of affiliate links or coupons
• Misleading, deceptive, or unethical promotional practices

Kardelen reserves the right to withhold, reverse, cancel, or recover commissions
in case of any violation.

6. Affiliate Representations & Liability Disclaimer

Affiliates must promote Kardelen products truthfully and strictly according to information
available on the official Kardelen website.

Kardelen is not responsible for any false claims, unauthorised promises, or misleading
information shared by affiliates.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account.

7. Commission Hold & Payouts

• Minimum payout threshold: ₹500
• All commissions remain on hold for 15 days from the order date to ensure successful and dispute-free delivery.
• After the hold period, commissions become eligible for payout.
• All eligible affiliate commissions are paid on a weekly payout cycle. 

Payout methods and timelines are determined by Kardelen and may change from time to time.

8. Promotional Guidelines

• No false or exaggerated claims
• No spam or unsolicited promotions
• No paid ads using the Kardelen brand name
• No misrepresentation of pricing or offers

9. Account Management

• Kardelen may approve, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at any time
• Program terms and commissions may be modified without prior notice
• Affiliate-customer associations may be removed in case of misuse

Affiliates are responsible for keeping their account and payment details accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kardelen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses,
including loss of income or business opportunities.

11. Changes to the Affiliate Program

Kardelen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program
or its terms at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
